This project required a complete gut and custom reconstruction to meet the exacting standards and unique operational needs of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Beyond the brick and mortar, this facility serves a vital mission: providing a specialized environment where dedicated counselors can offer confidential readjustment support, community resources, and guidance to veterans and their families. Strategically located, this purpose-built center now acts as a critical sanctuary and service hub for the entire Great Lakes Bay Region and Michigan’s Thumb.

By reimagining this footprint, WRG successfully delivered a state-of-the-art commercial asset—breathing new economic life into the corridor with two premier national tenants: Starbucks and Verizon Wireless.
